Youth Groups

Wednesday nights from 7–8:30pm.

A place to belong, grow in faith, and have fun together.

Promise Youth is a Christ-centered community where kids and teens can be themselves, build real friendships, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Our youth groups are welcoming, energetic, and full of life — and it’s a place where students are encouraged, known, and cared for.

What to Expect

Wednesday nights begin with all youth together for prayer, games, and fellowship. This shared time helps students build relationships across age groups and makes transitions feel natural — especially for those moving into a new group.

After gathering together, students break into age-specific groups for teaching, discussion, and activities designed for where they are in life. The night wraps up with everyone coming back together for prayer, and many students stick around afterward to hang out and connect.

It’s structured, but relaxed. Faith-focused, but fun.

Age Groups

K–5th Grade
A joyful introduction to faith through age-appropriate teaching, games, and friendships. This group helps younger students feel safe, included, and excited to learn about Jesus.

Middle School
A place for students to ask questions, build friendships, and grow in their faith during a season of big change.

High School
A welcoming space where teens can talk honestly about life, faith, and challenges, grow in Christ, and support one another as they learn what it means to live out their faith in everyday life.

Our Heart Behind Promise Youth

Promise Youth is a place where students are known, welcomed, and valued.

We care deeply about creating a space where kids and teens feel safe to be themselves and truly belong. Our leaders walk alongside students, meeting them where they are and supporting them as they grow in faith and in life.

Our Mission

Grounded in Christ, called to serve, living by grace.
“Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” - Matthew 20:26–28

Our mission is to nurture youth in the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ, who has made us righteous before God through His death and resurrection. Through Baptism, we are clothed in Christ’s righteousness and receive the Holy Spirit, who calls and equips us to live faithfully in our vocations. In response to God’s grace, we joyfully serve our neighbor in love.

What Shapes Promise Youth

Promise Youth is a Christ-centered community shaped by Word and Sacrament. We confess that we are justified by grace through faith in Christ alone and that our identity is found in Him, not in our works.

We gather to:

Grow in Christ’s Word, being continually reminded that our righteousness is a gift of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Live out our vocation, serving our families, church, and community with the gifts God has entrusted to us.

Serve our neighbor, not to earn God’s favor, but as the fruit of faith working through love (Galatians 5:6).
Rely on the Spirit, who strengthens us in Baptism and empowers us to confess Christ in daily life.

We believe youth are not just the future of the church, but are already members of Christ’s body, called to live faithfully today.
